CALM DOWN BATH SOAK

“I decided to use Self Ceremony Calma salt soak during my bath ritual last weekend and I honestly can’t wait to do it again. 😍

I loved that I was able to steep the soak and watch the water change colors, rather than just dumping it in and mixing it myself.

The smell was both refreshing and comforting, and within a few minutes of soaking I felt like my muscles were MELTING in the bath (it has magnesium!). 💪

I also loved that the blend uses flowers such as Chamomile🌼, Passion flower🌺 and Poppy🌻, which are all known for their calming and sedative properties.

The best part was that a little bit went a long way, so I could decide how strong I wanted my soak to be. I’m so glad that I decided to add this to my rituals to help with meditations!!”
